Connect Zoho Mail

TL;DR
  • Paid plans with your own domain: host smtppro.zoho.com. Personal and free accounts: smtp.zoho.com.
  • Port 465 with SSL or 587 with STARTTLS.
  • With two-factor authentication on, use an app-specific password.

Turn on Use secure (TLS/SSL) for port 465 and leave it off for 587. Use the full email address as the username. The From address must be that mailbox or one of its aliases.

Accounts hosted in other Zoho data centres (EU, India, Australia and others) may use a different host. Check Settings → Mail accounts → Server configuration details in Zoho Mail. Source: Zoho’s SMTP settings.

App-specific password

If two-factor authentication is on, create an app-specific password in your Zoho account’s security settings and use it as the FlowSend password.
