Why we built it
Shopify Flow is great at deciding when something should happen, but merchants kept asking for a simple way to send a real, branded email as the result: an invoice to a wholesale buyer, an alert to the fraud team, a restock request to a supplier. FlowSend is that missing email action, sent from the merchant's own domain so it reaches the inbox and looks like their brand.
